Hi, I’m Jacob and im the founder here at The Minded Athlete.

A lot of people who are into sports only consider the physical side but there is far more to it than that. Often the mental aspect of sports as well as the gear that you use will have a massive affect as well.

On this site I have tried to go into more detail about the mental side of sports as well as some of the gear that will help improve your game as well.
